Whatever your age and by all four seasons, you can take the plunge and discover sea wading, an excellent activity for a strong heart and back, and to improve your balance.
Make sure you bring your neoprene shoes and gloves. We highly recommend you bring your own neoprene wetsuit to suit your size and weight; however, the club can also provide you with one.
You will be asked to provide a mandatory medical certificate confirming that you present with no contra-indication for sea wading.
