Friendly, family outings to discover the upper beach (its history, its fauna, its drill, etc.) and to learn how to collect shellfish if the tide allows it.
The Terres de Nacre tourist office organises coastal walks during the season to help you discover the marine fauna and flora. Several dates are proposed during the season.
Armed with boots, a net and a basket, go in search of shellfish! A wide variety of species can be found off our beaches. When fishing on foot, you will find: crab cakes, green crabs, crabs, lobsters, mussels, periwinkles, cockles, clams, razor clams, mussels…

For adults and children (minimum age 6 years, accompanied by their parents).
The little extra: We will also organise group visits for at least 10 people, on request and by reservation, depending on the tidal range. Equipment required: Waterproof boots or old trainers.
