During a week, many festive and commemorative events will take place to honour the Acadian soldiers who landed on the Normandy beaches on the 6th of June 1944, and Acadia nowadays.
After Diane Tell, the singer of Parle moi (Isabelle Boulay) will headline the 2020edition of the Semaine Acadienne. The Québec artist will be in Courseulles-sur-Mer on the 12th of August for an exceptional concert in the soft and hushed atmosphere of piano-voice, according to the festival’s Facebook page.
It’s the second headline announced after “Mes souliers sont rouges” at the sale de l’Édit in Courseulles on the 14th of August.
